Who we are

Rebrand (“we”, “us”) is an independent design studio. This policy explains how we handle information when you use rebrand-studio-hub.vercel.app (and any custom domain that later points here), submit an onboarding brief, or contact us.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

• Onboarding brief details — project name, contact name, Telegram handle, email, description, deliverables, audience notes, brand direction, and any files or links you share.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and basic request metadata needed to host the site, prevent abuse, and operate security checks.
• Security challenge tokens — Cloudflare Turnstile may process device and interaction signals to confirm you are human before form submission.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Respond to project enquiries and run design engagements
• Deliver brief notifications to our studio via Telegram
• Protect the site from bots, spam, and abuse
• Operate, secure, and improve the website

We do not sell your personal information.

Where it is processed

The site is hosted on Vercel. Portfolio assets and limited operational data may be stored with Vercel Blob. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights provide anonymised traffic and performance metrics (admin routes excluded). Brief alerts are delivered through Telegram’s Bot API to studio members who have opted in. Cloudflare provides Turnstile bot protection. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention

Onboarding submissions are kept as long as needed to evaluate and deliver a project, or as otherwise required for legitimate studio records. Security and server logs are retained only as long as useful for operations and abuse prevention.

Your choices

You can contact us on Telegram to ask what information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion where applicable. If you submit a brief by mistake, message us and we will remove it from active studio channels when reasonably possible.
